The Three Stages of Pricing
Your price only ever goes down. There is no stage of this engagement where you pay more than you do today.

"Your original SAP cost" is your fully-loaded cost for the SAP application being converted — licensing, hosting, and associated maintenance — as established during scoping.

The parallel phase is how you verify the guarantee. Because the Fractal application runs against your real production data and transactions before you switch anything off, you see the 10x performance and the pricing for yourself — at 1/10th your current cost — before you ever pay full ongoing price.
